You would be surprised how dirty a chimney can get over a short period of time. That is why LCS is dedicated to making sure that we get your chimney cleaned right!

Our cleaning process begins with an extensive inspection of the outside and top of the chimney ( crown, brick, flashing, leaks, etc.) to ensure that there are no leaks, cracks, or other damages  that are not apparent to the homeowner. Our next step is to begin the internal cleaning process, which includes a thorough cleaning of your chimney flue, firebox, damper, smoke chamber, and a complete internal inspection.

We’ll discuss the results of the inspection with the homeowner and if needed, schedule repairs to make your home a safer place.

LCS offers two different types of inspections.

    1) Inspection A is a basic inspection that occurs during a chimney cleaning.

    2) Inspection B is a more detailed inspection which includes a internal video inspection and an extensive checklist which is reviewed side by side with the homeowner.

Note: Inspection B is also highly recommended if you are going to buy or sell a house.

Wood stoves tend to create more heat and creosote due to the nature of the stove.  Wood stove require more care and labor to make sure they have been cleaned the proper way.
